How do I get paid on Relay and how often?
We will automatically send monthly payouts to your PayPal account in USD on the 15th of every month — after a previous month's sales period (NET15).
For example, if you had earnings in January, we will send it to you on the 15th of February.
How are payouts calculated?
The payout you receive will include a previous month's net earnings.

What is PayPal's payout fee?
PayPal's payout fee is 2% of your total payout amount (up to $1 in US, up to $20 outside US). When you receive the monthly payout, you will see this on your PayPal receipt. Fees may vary depending on geographic location.
How do I change my PayPal payout email?
To change your PayPal payout email:
- Click Seller Dashboard
- Click Edit Seller Profile
- Click Change Payout Email
- Enter your PayPal email e.g. firstname.lastname@example.org
How do I set up my PayPal account?
We recommend using a PayPal Business account so that there are no restrictions on transaction volume.
If you have a PayPal Personal account, you’ll have a lower limit on the number of transactions and amount of money you can accept. Upgrading to PayPal Business is free, just click "Upgrade Now" in your PayPal account.

Why didn't I get paid?
Make sure your correct PayPal email is entered before the payout dates (15th of each month). Relay is not responsible for incorrect PayPal emails entered. If your payout email was incorrect when the payout was made and you didn't receive the payment, please contact support.
What about taxes?
It is your responsibility, and solely your responsibility, to remit the appropriate taxes to the appropriate taxing agency including European Union VAT (Value Added Tax) if required. Relay does not currently handle VAT for digital goods. We recommend that you consult your personal tax advisor regarding the best approach.
