Relay manages customer support for sellers including refund requests from customers who have purchased a product. We reserve the right to make the final decision on whether to approve a customer's refund request or not. We will require the customer to provide a valid reason for their refund. Our team will take the time to review each case individually based on our Refund Policy. Any refunds will be deducted from your net earnings.
