What Information We Collect
When you use our Services, we may collect and store information from you directly.
We may collect information from you when you register directly with us. That information may include, among other things, your full name, email addresses, device identifiers, and other information you provide. Depending on how you access our Services, we may also collect device identification information including MAC address.
Information About You From an SNS
When you use the Services in conjunction with an SNS (Social Networking Service) such as Facebook, Instagram, or Twitter, you allow us to access information from your profile for that site. The information you allow us to access varies by SNS and the privacy settings you and your friends establish at the SNS. You should refer to the applicable SNS for more information about the settings at the applicable SNS. Depending on your privacy settings, we may access and store some or all of the following information: your public data, full name, your profile picture or its URL, your user ID number, the user ID numbers and other public data for your friends, the login email address you provided to the SNS. By accessing or using one of our Services, you authorize us to collect, store, and use any and all information that you agreed the SNS could provide to us through the SNS Application Programming Interface (“API”).
Customer Support Information
We will collect and store the contact information you provide to our customer support personnel, information about your use of our Services, and your user ID number. We will also store the communications you have with us and any information contained in those communications.
We may send notifications of activity on the Service to the email address you provide us, in accordance with any applicable privacy settings. We may use your email address to send you other messages, such as newsletters, changes to feature of the Service, or special offers. You may be able to manage email messages from your account settings. You may not opt of Service-relate emails.
Technical and Usage Information
When you access our Services, we may collect information about your mobile device or computer system, including MAC address, IP address, and mobile device ID. We also collect usage statistics about your interactions with the Services. This information is typically collected through the use of server log files or web log files (“Log Files”), mobile device software development kits, third-party analytics, services and tracking technologies like browser cookies to collect and analyze certain types of technical information. Some of the cookies the Services place on your computer are linked to your user ID number.

We use your information primarily to operate, maintain, and provide you with the features and functionality of the Service and a customized experience, including in one or more of the following ways: to create your accounts and allow use of our applications, to provide technical support and respond to user inquiries, to prevent fraud or potentially illegal activities, and enforce our terms of service, to notify users of application updates, to solicit input and feedback to improve our products and services and customize your user experience, and to inform users about new products.
If you have provided your email address or phone number to us, we may use it to respond to (i) customer support inquiries, and (ii) keep you informed of your activity, including comments from users, notifications about application status. Some content, such as reviews, may include your name and profile photo. We may also send promotional email messages.
How We Share Your Information
We do not sell or share your Personally Identifiable Information (such as mobile phone number) with other third-party companies for their commercial or marketing use without your consent or except as part of a specific program or feature for which you will have the ability to opt-in or opt-out. We may share your Personally Identifiable Information with third party service providers to the extent that it is reasonably necessary to perform, improve or maintain Relay. We may share non-personally-identifiable information (such as anonymous User usage data, referring / exit pages and URLs, platform types, asset views, number of clicks, etc.) with interested third-parties to assist them in understanding the usage patterns for certain content, services, advertisements, promotions, and/or functionality on Relay. We may collect and release Personally Identifiable Information and/or non-personally-identifiable information if required to do so by law, or in the good-faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with state and federal laws, international law or respond to a court order, subpoena, or search warrant or equivalent, or where in our reasonable belief, an individual’s physical safety may be at risk or threatened. Relay also reserves the right to disclose Personally Identifiable Information and/or non-personally-identifiable information that Relay believes, in good faith, is appropriate or necessary to enforce our Terms of Service, take precautions against liability, to investigate and defend itself against any third-party claims or allegations, to assist government enforcement agencies, to protect the security or integrity of Relay or our servers, and to protect the rights, property, or personal safety of Relay, our users or others.
Non-Personal Information: We may share non-personally identifiable information (such as anonymous usage data, referring/exit pages and URLs, platform types, number of clicks, etc.) with interested third parties to help them understand the usage patterns for certain Relay services.
From time to time, we may run contests, special offers, or other events or activities ("Events") on the Service together with a third party partner. If you provide information to such third parties, you acknowledge they may use it for the purpose of that Event and any other use that you approve. We cannot control third parties' use of your information. If you do not want your information to be collected by or shared with a third party, you can choose not to participate in these Events.
Targeting and Marketing. Although we do not serve third-party advertising on our Site, we do work with third-parties to target advertising for our Site on the third-party websites. These cookies record your visit to our Site, the pages you have visited and the links you have followed. We will use this information to make our Site more relevant to your interests. We may also share this information with third parties for this purpose.
As we develop our business, we may buy or sell assets or business offerings. Customer, email, and visitor information is generally one of the transferred business assets in these types of transactions. We may also transfer or assign such information in the course of corporate divestitures, mergers, or dissolution.
Security of Your Information
We implement security measures we believe are reasonable to protect your privacy and information. You are responsible for maintaining the secrecy of your unique password, account information, PayPal account information, and for controlling access to your email communications from Relay, at all times. It is important that you protect and maintain the security of your account and you need to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account. No website, mobile application or Internet transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee that unauthorized access, hacking, data loss, or other breaches or other type of misuse will never occur. Any transmission of data to us is at your own risk.
How to Access and Update Your Information
Our Policy Toward Children
Our Services are not intended for children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect any personal information from such children. Children under the age of 13 should not use our websites or applications at any time. If we learn that we have collected personally identifiable information from a child under the age of 13 we will delete such information as quickly as possible.
Data Transfers outside the EEA
If you are resident in the European Union, please note that as we are located in Australia, when you provide us with your Personal Information we will process it in countries outside the European Economic Area ("EEA"), such as the United States, which may not provide the same level of data protection as in your jurisdiction. This is necessary in order to perform our services. Regardless of where your Personal Information is located, we will adopt measures to protect your Personal Information as set out below.
